Shipping & Payment Info

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders of $150 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our Canadian retail locations in British Columbia. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
