Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be attached

• Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items

All sale items, clearance items, underwear, socks, swimwear, and hygiene-related products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@macabaka.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
